Low water levels

Scouting out the river today, it seems the dry weather has made most of the river impassable for a canoe (kayaks might fare a bit better). Baring a deluge of rain, the only section that might be doable in the short term is in River Park South, upstream (south) of the riffle structure at the Shorehill Drive bridge that backs up the river a bit
